The SCCSIG Training Request will be reviewed by SCCSIG and Keenan Loss Control Staff.

The Keenan Loss Control Team and SCCSIG staff will make recommendations for district department-wide trainings based on the district’s loss trends. Your district can also request additional topics.

The purpose of this Safety Training Request Form is to capture all requests for both recommended trainings made by SCCSIG/Keenan Loss Control teams and district-requested trainings.

SCCSIG and the Loss Control team require a three-week advance notice for Safety Training Requests.
